  1. Kristin and I went to the IPRC's write-off in celebration of Chinese New Year and First Thursday. I have to add here (because I know Kristin won't do it herself) that Kristin won the write-off! Congratulations! It was actually a three-way tie--amazing considering the judging system--and it was a great experience to be in the same room with creative juices flowing, all in the name of rats.

This was the IPRC's first write-off (it usually hosts bake-offs), and I highly recommend it.
